In person
Help neurodiverse college students build confidence, meaningful relationships, and real‑world social skills.
Are you looking for a job where your work truly matters, every day is different, and you get to be part of a fun and supportive community?
At College Living Experience (CLE), social growth isn't taught through worksheets or lectures. It happens in apartments, coffee shops, college campuses, community events, restaurants, hiking trails, and countless everyday moments where relationships are formed and confidence is built.
Social coaching sessions are designed to be friendly, engaging, and collaborative while helping students develop the skills needed to build relationships, navigate social situations, and feel more comfortable in their communities. One day you might be helping a student plan how to attend a campus event or social activity. Another day you might be exploring the community together, helping a student practice conversation skills, or facilitating a group activity with other students. Our students are a wonderfully diverse group of people — artists, gamers, writers, athletes, music lovers, and students discovering new interests for the first time. A big part of the role is helping students connect with their interests while building friendships and social confidence.
This position is especially rewarding for individuals who enjoy building relationships, supporting social growth, and helping young adults develop confidence navigating friendships and community life.
We understand candidates may be balancing school, full‑time work, or other commitments and are open to a range of availability based on program needs. Typical schedules fall within 20-25+ hours per week, though there may be opportunities for additional or fewer hours depending on scheduling and program needs.
Because many social activities occur in the evenings and on weekends, this role can be a great option for individuals seeking flexible scheduling or supplemental income alongside other responsibilities.
This position is especially rewarding for individuals who enjoy building supportive relationships, solving real‑world challenges alongside students, and helping young adults gain confidence as they navigate college and adulthood.
This role includes travel between work sites and transporting students as needed.
