Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking a Band 2 Social Care Assistant for the Mackintosh Centre in Mallaig, supporting residential care for up to 8 residents. A caring attitude and excellent communication are essential to help residents achieve a good quality of life.

Experience is not essential as training will be provided. This role does not apply for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. NHS Highland covers a wide Highland area with a strong local emphasis on compassionate care and teamwork.

This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker visa or a Health and Care Worker visa. NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) for this role.
