Job summary

Vianne Clothing is seeking a part-time Social and Creative Assistant to support our brand’s social presence, creative output, and advertising across each new collection. You'll collaborate closely with the Founder and CEO on shoots, captions, and campaign concepts, helping the team translate college style into authentic content.

You will manage daily social posts, engage with our community, and assist with paid social campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and strong understanding of college culture.
• Proven ability to run Meta ads with measurable results.
• Located within 30 miles of Boca Raton or Miami.
• Active TikTok user with knowledge of what performs.
• Creative, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
• Interest in fashion, DTC, or student brand content is a plus.

Vianne is a collegiate apparel brand founded by a woman. Every collection is built for one school and officially licensed. We are building a brand around how college girls actually dress, not game day gear.

The Role

The Social and Creative Assistant supports the brand's social presence, creative, and advertising across each new collection.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily social content and community engagement
• Support creative development and photoshoot preparation
• Build and manage paid social campaigns

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, with firsthand knowledge of college culture and trends
• Proven experience running Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram) with results you can share
• Located within 30 miles of Boca Raton or Miami, with reliable transportation to shoots
• Active TikTok user with a strong understanding of what performs on the platform
• Strong creative eye and an understanding of what feels authentic to a college audience
• Highly organized, self-directed, and consistent in meeting deadlines

Preferred

• Knowledge of college sports culture
• Experience with fashion, DTC, or student brand content
• Basic editing skills (CapCut, Canva)
• Experience with Shopify or ecommerce ad reporting

Details

• Starting hours: 15 hours per week, with room to grow as the brand grows
• Starting pay: $16 per hour
• Schedule: flexible, in person on content days
• Reports to: Julia Vacala, Founder and CEO
