Job summary

Hasbro seeks a skilled Social Analyst with deep expertise in social data, listening, and audience intelligence. You will report on performance and inform upstream decision‑making across franchises, licensed consumer products, media planning, and PR.

  • 5–8+ years in social analytics, digital intelligence, or consumer insights.
  • Deep expertise in social listening platforms (Sprinklr preferred) and large–scale data interpretation.
  • Experience supporting entertainment, gaming, toys, or franchise‑based brands strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead always‑on social listening programs to uncover audience behaviours and trends across Hasbro brands.
  • Synthesize real‑time insights into clear, actionable takeaways for cross‑functional teams.
  • Produce monthly social health reports and campaign pulse reporting with recommendations to optimize campaigns.
  • Partner with franchise, licensing, and brand teams to bring social insights upstream into 2–3 year franchise planning.

Hasbro is seeking a highly skilled Social Analyst with deep expertise in social data, listening, and audience intelligence. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, cultural insight, and franchise strategy—transforming real-time and longitudinal social signals into actionable recommendations that shape marketing, product, and storytelling decisions.

You will not only report on performance, but actively inform upstream decision‑making across franchises, licensed consumer products, media planning, and PR. This is a high‑impact role for someone who can translate complex social data into clear narratives that influence both campaign optimization and long‑term brand development (2–3-yearhorizon).

Effective from the date that Hasbro opens its new Boston location, this position will be onsite Tuesday – Thursday at Hasbro’s new HQ location in Boston, MA. In the interim, this position will be onsite Tuesday –Thursday at Hasbro’s HQ in Pawtucket, RI or at Hasbro’s temporary location in Boston, MA.

A day in the life of a Senior Analyst Logistics:
What You’ll Do:
Social Intelligence & Listening
  • Lead always‑on social listening programs to uncover audience behaviours, cultural trends, and emerging opportunities across Hasbro brands and franchises
  • Facilitatebi‑weekly social listening stand‑ups, synthesising real‑time insights into clear, actionable takeaways for cross‑functional teams
  • Identifywhitespace opportunities, unmet audience needs, and signals that informcontent planning as well asfranchise development and licensed product innovation
Analytics & Reporting
  • Own and delivermonthly social health reportsacross channels, highlighting performance trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Producecampaign pulse reporting(24‑hour, 7‑day, and wrap reports) with actionable recommendations tooptimizein‑flight and future campaigns
  • Develop and presentquarterly cross‑brand learning agendasand resulting best practices, translating insights into strategic implications for stakeholders
Strategic Influence & Upstream Impact
  • Inspire and enable reactive social content, rooted in what our fans and communities care about, building relationships beyond transactional purchases
  • Shapemedia planning and brief responsesby integrating audience insights, platform behaviours, and cultural context
  • SupportPR and announcement strategy(e.g., major franchise reveals) with predictive and reactive social insights
  • Partner with franchise, licensing, and brand teams to bring social insightsupstream into 2–3 yearfranchise planning and canon development
  • Informlicensed consumer product (LCP) prioritisation,identifyingopportunities to revive or scale IP based on audience demand signals
Tooling & Data Stewardship
  • Own governance and optimisation of social analytics tools (e.g.,social listening platform & social analytics tools), ensuring data accuracy, taxonomy consistency, and scalability
  • Drive continuous improvement in dashboards, listening queries, reporting frameworksand new ways of working
  • Iterate and scale AI‑forward workflows in analytics processes to maximise impact and increase time spent on higher order tasks
  • Be a strategic thought leader in managing listening platform relationships to ensure early access to new capabilities and best‑in‑class partnership
WhatYou’llBring
  • 5–8+ years in social analytics, digital intelligence, or consumer insights
  • Deep expertise in social listening platforms (Sprinklr preferred) and large–scale data interpretation
  • Experience supporting entertainment, gaming, toys, or franchise‑based brands strongly preferred
  • Ability to translate data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations
  • Strong understanding of platform dynamics, fandom culture, and internet trends
  • Experience influencing cross‑functional stakeholders (marketing, PR, product, licensing, etc.)
  • Comfort working across both real‑time reporting and long‑term strategic analysis
  • Strong background in social listening query development and insight synthesisation

The pay transparency range for this role is listed below. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long‑term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.

Pay Range$81,700—$122,500 USD
