Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day soccer operations logistics for the First Team.
• Coordinate daily schedules, training activities, meetings, and operational calendars.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, meeting spaces, and training environments are prepared.
• Manage team communications regarding schedules, travel logistics, and operational updates.
• Maintain detailed operational calendars and planning documents.
• Develop operational processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Anticipate operational needs and proactively solve problems.
