The Soccer Factory in San Antonio, TX is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right soccer gear and share product knowledge in a fast-paced store. You will handle transactions, restock displays, assist with inventory, and provide outstanding service to drive sales.

A passion for soccer and strong communication skills are essential, along with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail sales experience preferred.
Passionate about soccer and knowledgeable about soccer products and brands.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist with purchases to provide exceptional service.
Demonstrate knowledge of soccer products, brands, and merchandise.
Process sales transactions and handle various payment methods.
Maintain a clean, organized store and restock shelves.
Assist with inventory management and organizing shipments.
Suggest additional products and services like warranties and accessories.
