Soccer Shots Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach for Morning Classes

Join us as a Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach for Morning Classes at Soccer Shots Franchising.

Overview

We are seeking Youth Soccer Instructors for children aged 2-8 in the Greater Indianapolis Area (Boone, Hamilton, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion Counties) and West Lafayette/Lafayette. Soccer Shots is the leading Children’s Fitness franchise nationwide, known for its excellent curriculum, leadership, and passionate team. We prioritize hiring instructors who love working with children and are enthusiastic about making a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging 30-minute soccer sessions, ensuring they are the highlight of each child's week.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance records.
• Communicate effectively with the Soccer Shots coaching director and parents.
• Adapt to scheduled sessions, which are primarily in the mornings (8am-12pm) and afternoons/evenings.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and access to a computer, printer, and internet.
• Ability to commit to at least 3-4 seasons (9-12 months) with potential for long-term employment and growth.
• Responsible, professional, and enthusiastic about working with young children.
• Some soccer experience is preferred but not required; a friendly, outgoing personality is essential.
• Experience engaging with children aged 2-8 years old.

Details

Starting pay is $17 per session (approximately $34/hr), with potential for increased pay or salaried positions. Coaches may instruct multiple consecutive sessions, earning between $34 and $70 per hour. Flexibility in scheduling is available, but once set, schedules are fixed. Coaches are expected to be committed for the entire season.
