Soccer Shots Part-Time Youth Soccer Coach for Afternoon and Evening Classes

Position Overview

We are seeking Youth Soccer Instructors for children aged 2-8 in the Greater Indianapolis Area (Boone, Hamilton, Hendricks, Johnson, Marion Counties) and West Lafayette/Lafayette. Soccer Shots is the leading Children’s Fitness franchise nationwide, known for its excellent curriculum and passionate staff. We prioritize hiring instructors who love working with children and can handle groups of 10 or more, ensuring each session is impactful and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

• Lead 30-minute soccer sessions at daycares, preschools, and community centers.
• Maintain punctuality and keep accurate attendance records.
• Communicate effectively with the Soccer Shots coaching director and parents.
• Create a fun, engaging, and safe environment for children.

Qualifications

• Responsible, professional, and enthusiastic about working with children.
• Comfortable engaging with children aged 2-8, with some soccer knowledge preferred.
• Own reliable transportation and have access to a computer, printer, and internet.

Schedule and Compensation

Part-time positions with afternoon (2:00-5:00 pm) and evening (4:30-7:30 pm) classes, Monday through Friday. Candidates should be available for at least 3-4 seasons (9-12 months), with long-term employment preferred. Pay starts at $17 per session (~$34/hr), with potential for growth based on performance and experience.
