Job summary

Sofive City Soccer, Inc. is seeking a Sport Associate Soccer Referee to officiate in our leagues and tournaments, ensuring a fair and safe play environment on the fields. You will be a main point of contact with Sofive customers on game days, delivering high quality service and enforcing rules.

The role requires dependable attendance for scheduled games, ability to communicate clearly with coaches and players, and participation in training or certification as needed to maintain standards.

Qualifications

• Candidate has solid knowledge of soccer rules and regulations.
• Experience in game management and conflict resolution is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to make quick, fair decisions under pressure are essential.

Responsibilities

• Attend all scheduled games promptly and enforce game rules effectively.
• Manage game pace to balance safety and competitiveness.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with coaches, players, and other officials.
• Keep accurate records of game scores, fouls, and player participation.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Attend training sessions and certification courses as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
