Job summary

Central Lincoln County YMCA is seeking a part-time Soccer Instructor to lead youth soccer programs and clinics. The role focuses on safe, engaging sessions for kids ages 2-5 with parent involvement, on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons in September and October.

This position supports healthy living, social responsibility, and youth development while maintaining a welcoming, safe environment and high-quality customer service.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
• CPR and First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Teaches Soccer Clinic, Itty Bitty Soccer and Soccer Tots on Tue and Thu afternoons in Sept/Oct.
• Promotes healthy living, social responsibility, and youth development.
• Creates and executes soccer programs and curriculum with emphasis on safety and YMCA standards.
• Collaborates with staff to prepare and deliver quality soccer activities.
• Supervises participants and manages group dynamics for positive behavior.
• Maintains equipment setup, cleanliness, and safety.
