Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club is seeking a Mikro Soccer Program Director to lead the administration and oversight of the Mikro Soccer Program. Key responsibilities include developing program schedules, managing instructors, and ensuring quality consistency across various locations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in youth development, inspire staff, and demonstrate proficiency in software tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The position requires travel throughout the Greater Milwaukee Area and some weekend work.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated background in youth development.
• Ability to provide customer service via telephone and written correspondence.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the leadership, administration, and day-to-day oversight of the entire Mikro Program.
• Responsible for setting program schedules and course curriculum.
• Responsible for hiring, training, and evaluation of program instructors.
