The i9 Sports Official in Summerville, SC is a part-time, weekend role responsible for enforcing rules and fostering a positive culture on game day. You’ll act as on-field coach, maintain time/score, and ensure player safety, with a focus on fun and safe play.

Ideal candidates love soccer, have playing or coaching experience, and can pass a National Criminal Background Check. Local applicants only; growth opportunities available within the company.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and some evenings (~7 weeks).
  • Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.

When: Saturday mornings only

Experience in soccer, 1 day a weekend part time position. Room to grow within the company, must love the sport and working with youth. Ideally, past experience playing or coaching. Only local applicants apply.

Job Summary

The Official is a critical role in any sports field; responsible for enforcing rules while also cultivating a positive culture, acting as an on-field coach, and advocating for the programs. This role has a direct impact on players, coaches, and spectators each and every game day.

Responsibilities
  • Understand & enforce the i9 Sports rules books ensuring a fun, learning, and safety for all players
