Job summary

Challenger Sports is seeking reliable, energetic soccer coaches for our Challenger Sports Academy and Tiny Tyke's programs. Classes are 45-60 minutes, across the U.S., with flexible part-time hours and ongoing training.

You will receive uniform, equipment, and a curriculum to follow, starting in September for a six-week block of sessions. Compensation is $20–$30 per class with bonus schemes; coaches are paid weekly and schedules remain consistent for the season.

Qualifications

• Must be personable, energetic and enthusiastic.
• Playing or coaching experience is preferred.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a criminal background check.
• Must have valid work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support Challenger Sports organization and coaching staff.
• Deliver in-house coaches clinics and coach education.
• Be a positive role model and provide clear, continual feedback to players, parents and coaches.
• Act as an ambassador of Challenger Sports.

What is TinyTykes?

TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.

Compensation

$20 - $30 per class- pay based on experience level (classes are usually 45-60mins) + bonus schemes available.

Information

• Classes run Monday through Sunday lasting 45-60 minutes each session, and run back to back. Coaches will be provided with uniform, equipment, training and a curriculum to follow.
• TinyTykes offers flexible part-time working hours and the opportunity to work in a rewarding and fun environment. Classes typically take place at preschools and sports complexes. We are looking for coaches to begin working in September for an 6- 0 week block of sessions.

Professional year-round coaching.

Coaches will be paid weekly depending upon the number of hours worked. Your weekly schedule will remain consistent over the course of the season (6-10 weeks).
