Job summary

A leading sports organization is seeking enthusiastic and energetic soccer coaches for their Tiny Tyke and British Soccer Academy programs. Coaches will teach foundational soccer skills to young players while fostering an engaging learning environment. This role offers flexible, part-time hours with compensation ranging from $15 to $25 per class based on experience. Job description

Challenger Sports is looking for reliable, energetic and enthusiastic soccer coaches to fill roles in our British Soccer Academy and Tiny Tykes programs.

What is TinyTykes? TinyTykes is a FUNdamental introduction to the game of soccer for players aged 2-6. Players learn the introductory skills of soccer through you teaching them fun games and stories in weekly classes lasting 45 mins each. Our soccer experts and child development professionals have designed an innovative curriculum for you to follow which introduces young soccer stars to the basic skills needed in soccer as well as developing their motor, social, and psychological skills.

Compensation: $15 - $25 per class‐ pay based on experience level (classes are usually 45-60mins & run back to back) bonus schemes available.

Information:

• Classes run Monday through Sunday lasting 45-60 minutes each session, and run back to back. Coaches will be provided with uniform, equipment, training and a curriculum to follow.
• TinyTykes offers flexible part‑time working hours and the opportunity to work in a rewarding and fun environment. Classes typically take place at preschools and sports complexes. We are looking for coaches to begin working in September for an 8-10 week block of sessions.

What is British Soccer Academy? Professional year‑round coaching.

• You will mentor and provide support to the organization and coaching staff.
• Deliver in‑house coaches clinics and coach education.
• Be a positive role model and offer clear and continual feedback to players, parents and coaches.
• Act as an ambassador of Challenger Sports.

Compensation: Coaches will be paid weekly depending upon the number of previous
seasons worked as a trainer. You will coach soccer for an average of 15-30 hours each week with the balance of 35 hours in‑office marketing maintenance.

Requirements:

• It is essential you are personable, with a highly energetic and enthusiastic attitude
• Playing/coaching experience is preferred
• You must have valid work authorization
