Job summary

SteelGate LLC is seeking a seasoned SOCCENT Command Integration Lead for MacDill AFB, Tampa, FL. This on-site, full-time role requires Top Secret/Sci clearance and 8+ years’ DoD experience to provide AI/ML-enabled C2, SA, and data analytics support for CJADC2 and Globally Integrated Operations.

Excellent senior communications and documentation skills are essential. The candidate will train personnel, integrate command processes, and develop TTPs and SOPs while coordinating with Government PMO

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience with a DoD Combatant Command or theater Service Component Command.
• Technical and expert level understanding of the operational environment as it relates to AI/ML, Command & Control (C2), Situational Awareness (SA) & data analytics.
• Ability to understand, explain, and train others on complex technologies (e.g., distributed C2, cybersecurity, data flow) within CJADC2 context.
• Geopolitical knowledge of assigned theater.
• Understanding CJADC2 principles and related technologies.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance.
• Skilled in oral and written communications at the senior leader level.
• Ability to build and maintain technical documentation and high-level enterprise architectures.

S. Special Operations Command Central (SOCCENT) in the information as a joint function and operation in the information environment. The CIL provides the Joint Force with an AI/ML enabled, scalable enterprise C2, situational awareness, and data analytics capability to support Globally Integrated Operations (GIO) Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) and information and decision advantage. The CIL provides on-site technical expertise, assistance, and training to the Commands they support as well as serves as a direct conduit between the Government PMO and COCOM. Responsible for integration into the command processes as needed, but not limited to, Battle Rhythm events integration, documentation and facilitating Government PMO engagements. Support to on-site and virtual training, training programs, development of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs), and SOPs within the Command. Enhances COCOM’s situational awareness through the assimilation of data as well as the integration of visualization technologies into the COCOM Common Operating Picture (COP). Functions as a key contributor to the high-tempo COCOM staff: serving as a “first responder” for issues regarding access or functionality by users within the Command.
