Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain experience including planning, inventory management, procurement, supplier relationship management, and strategic sourcing.
• Regulated manufacturing industry experience – medical device, biotech, aerospace, or automotive.
• Prior team management experience.
• Strong data analytical skills – ability to analyze and present data.
• Possess an innovative mindset and embrace continuous improvement.
• Experience driving continuous improvement of systems and processes.
• Experience building purchasing and planning systems and processes.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, and Outlook).
