Job summary

Qualifications

• IPM knowledge to identify, treat and prevent infestations.
• Strong communication for explaining plans, safety, and results.
• Basic lawn care and exterior property care for outdoor pest prevention.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; travel to customer sites.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and regulations; licensing or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Physical ability for fieldwork, including lifting equipment and varied weather.
• Detail oriented and reliable in following schedules and documenting services.
• Previous pest control experience is beneficial but not required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties for signs of pests and infestations.
• Identify infestations and develop treatment plans per company standards.
• Apply pesticides and other control methods safely.
• Monitor treatment effectiveness and provide follow‑up services as needed.
• Maintain equipment and document service activities.
