Job summary

You will lead cross-functional efforts with physicians, trialing and implanting sites, and collaborate with territory managers and clinical specialists to deliver targeted marketing initiatives. Travel up to 50% is required, with emphasis on physician education, referral pathways, and program delivery.

Qualifications

• 3 years of work experience in a marketing, sales and/or clinical role or equivalent
• Ability to influence and drive regional programs without authority
• Ability to travel ~ 50%, occasional overnight travel

Responsibilities

• Develop and cultivate long term customer relationships in targeted accounts
• Act as subject matter expert to sales team for pain franchise field marketing programs
• Expand referral market awareness based on market data
• Proactively generates and nurtures independent leads
• Drive adoption of digital insights in assigned accounts
• Plans, organizes, and prioritizes own daily work routine to meet established schedule
• Cultivates internal and external relationships to facilitate task completion
• Drive customized Patient and Physician field marketing programs
• Create liaison between National Marketing Manager and Pain Solutions Sales teams
• Engage with up-to-date Neuromodulation products and tools with physicians and patients
• Provide feedback to Marketing on requirements and improvement opportunities
• Maintain up-to-date records using SalesForce
• Prepare and submit weekly activity reports
• Attend and participate in sales meetings, training, conventions, and trade shows
• Support regional FMS programs
• Provide training to region
