Job summary

Allied Universal is the world's largest private security company providing security services across multiple sectors including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government. As a Security Operations Center Officer, you will protect clients and respond to incidents, monitoring CCTV and alarms while delivering strong customer service.

You will work in a dynamic, operational environment with weekly pay, benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance), and ongoing training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and effectively.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Monitor CCTV systems and alarms.
• Operate facility computer systems as assigned.
• Contact Emergency Services when needed.
