Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a SOC Security Officer for a full-time, on-site role in Chandler, AZ. You will provide centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring, event logging, and remote alarm panel programming to protect client assets.

Ideal candidates have experience in call center, dispatch, or camera monitoring, plus strong customer service and leadership abilities; must stay calm under pressure and pass pre-employment screening.

SOC Security Officer - Full Time

Primary Location: Chandler, AZ

Wage Range: $20.00-$21.00/HR (12 Hour Shifts)

Overview

The SOC Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing centrally managed law enforcement radio monitoring with event logging and recording, alarm/CCTV monitoring of intrusion detection systems, and emergency dispatch, incident reporting and analysis, and remote alarm panel programming.

Basic Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre‑employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Previous security experience.
