Job summary

Arm seeks a highly skilled SoC Security Architecture & SDL Lead to drive both Security Architecture definition and the Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) across Arm’s hardware security IP and SoC programs. This role unifies security-by-design leadership with process governance to ensure silicon trust from architecture to post-silicon delivery.

Responsibilities include threat modeling, security verification, and documentation as well as leading SDL checkpoints and certifications.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in security architecture and SDL across SOC programs.
• Experience deriving Security Functional Requirements from threat models.
• Knowledge of cryptographic design, fault/side-channel mitigation, and firmware security.
• Familiarity with PSA Certified, ISO/SAE 21434, FIPS 140-3, and Common Criteria.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Security Architecture definition and the SDL across Arm IP and SoC products.
• Develop and maintain security architectures for SOCs, Root of Trust, Secure Boot, Key Management and confidentiality between hardware and software.
• Own the Solution SDL process across project phases and ensure compliance with Arm standards and certifications.
• Deliver Threat Models, Security Architecture Reports, Key Management Plans, and Assumptions of Use; coordinate external audits.
• Mentor engineering teams and champion SDL adoption across global teams.
