Job summary

Elliott Davis in Raleigh leads a national SOC Reporting, PCI, and HITRUST practice. This Managing Director role drives the financial performance, growth, and sustained delivery of services across these capabilities, partnering with clients to solve complex problems.

The leader maintains deep client relationships with senior executives, develops new opportunities across the firm’s service lines, and mentors teams to uphold quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Information Technology (master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in SOC Reporting, PCI, HITRUST, IT audit, and/or assurance services.
• CPA or equivalent certifications like CIA, CISA, CISSP, or CISM Advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Win (Business Development, Relationship Management): 30%-50% time, collaborating with growth leaders and developing proposals.
• Do (Billable Work, Running the Practice): 35%-50% time, manage and review work, ensure quality, and oversee billing and budgeting.
• Build (New and Changing Services): 10%-20% time, evaluate new offerings, attract talent, and coach staff.
