Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in SOC/Dispatch roles, strong communication, and the ability to multitask under pressure. Must possess TS clearance with polygraph and be willing to work rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in a SOC/Dispatch/Watch Officer or similar monitoring environment preferred.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Active Top Secret clearance with Polygraph required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms, radios, and telephony).
• Assess and respond to incidents in real time.
• Dispatch security personnel and coordinate emergency response.
• Maintain incident logs and shift documentation.
• Verify badges, manage visitor access, and credential checks.
• Communicate with government personnel and first responders.
• Escalate incidents per SOPs and contractual requirements.
• Maintain situational awareness across multiple facilities and systems.
• Support continuity of operations during emergencies.
• Adhere to security, safety, and compliance requirements.
