DMI is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst in Crownsville, MD. The role focuses on monitoring, detecting, and analyzing cybersecurity events to defend the enterprise perimeter and internal networks. You will develop alarms, escalate alerts, and prepare incident reports to support clients and incident response teams.

The position requires hands-on experience with SIEMs, threat models, and log analysis, with day or night shifts and onsite work in Crownsville, MD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Master’s preferred.
• CompTIA CySA+ or Security+ with specialized certs (CEH, CFR, CCNA Cyber Ops, etc.).
• Experience analyzing intrusion events and threat intelligence.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and defend enterprise networks and hosts.
• Develop SIEM alarms and threat detection rules.
• Perform threat hunting through logs and event data.
• Support Incident Response during engagements.
• Prepare management threat reports and briefings.
