Qualifications

• Willingness to work 24/7/365 shift rotations.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site information security and network monitoring for mission-critical sites.
• Capture, log, and respond to events from multiple sources with documentation.
• Investigate alerts escalated in the SOC to determine root cause and impact.
• Follow and improve playbooks and SOPs used by the SOC.
• Document incidents and responses according to procedures.
• Analyze logs, network captures, and endpoint telemetry for IOCs.
