Job summary

SOClogix, Inc. is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst to monitor, investigate, and escalate cybersecurity events. You will review alerts, assess indicators of compromise, and document findings for risk communication and incident response.

The ideal candidate has strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical observations clearly while balancing competing priorities and following procedures to protect sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations, incident handling, log analysis, endpoint protection, network security, or vulnerability management.
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms, endpoint detection tools, ticketing systems, or threat intelligence resources.
• Certifications may be beneficial but do not replace practical experience or judgment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage security alerts, events, and reports using team tools and procedures.
• Investigate suspicious activity by reviewing logs, endpoints, network indicators, and other data sources.
• Escalate incidents per established response processes and maintain clear investigation records.
