About The Company

SOClogix, Inc. is a cybersecurity-focused organization dedicated to helping businesses strengthen their security posture and respond effectively to evolving digital threats. The company works in a fast-changing environment where careful analysis, clear communication, and dependable security practices matter. Team members contribute to protecting systems, information, and operations by identifying potential risks and supporting timely, informed decisions. SOClogix values practical problem-solving, professional integrity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Employees are encouraged to share insights, develop their technical skills, and contribute to a workplace focused on responsible cybersecurity operations and meaningful service to clients.

About The Role

SOClogix, Inc. is seeking a Security Operations Center (SOC) Analyst to support the monitoring, investigation, and escalation of cybersecurity events. In this role, you will review security alerts and data from available monitoring tools, assess activity for indicators of compromise, and help determine the appropriate next steps. You will work with security colleagues and relevant stakeholders to document findings, communicate risk, and support incident response from initial detection through resolution. The ideal candidate brings sound judgment, attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to explain technical observations clearly. This position is suited to someone who can manage competing priorities while following established procedures and protecting sensitive information.

Qualifications

Candidates should have experience or relevant education in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, or a related field. Familiarity with security operations, incident handling, log analysis, endpoint protection, network security, or vulnerability management is desirable. Experience using security information and event management (SIEM) platforms, endpoint detection tools, ticketing systems, or threat intelligence resources is an advantage. Applicants should be comfortable reviewing technical data, recognizing unusual patterns, and documenting investigative steps accurately. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with sound organizational habits, discretion, and a commitment to protecting confidential information. The ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and learn new tools and procedures is important. Relevant certifications may be beneficial but are not a substitute for practical judgment, professionalism, and a willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

Monitor and triage security alerts, events, and reports using the tools and procedures available to the team. Investigate suspicious activity by reviewing relevant logs, endpoint information, network indicators, and other authorized data sources. Distinguish likely false positives from events requiring additional review, and elevate potential incidents according to established response processes. Maintain accurate, clear, and timely records of investigations, decisions, evidence, and handoffs. Support incident response activities by coordinating with internal teams and sharing concise, evidence-based updates with appropriate stakeholders. Help identify recurring alert patterns, operational gaps, and opportunities to improve detection and response workflows. Follow security policies, privacy requirements, and approved procedures when accessing or handling information. Participate in team discussions, training, and knowledge-sharing, and stay informed about relevant threats, techniques, and defensive practices.

Benefits

SOClogix, Inc. aims to provide a professional environment where employees can contribute, build expertise, and develop their careers. Depending on the position, work location, and applicable employment terms, benefits may include competitive compensation, health and wellness coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, and access to learning or professional development opportunities. Employees may also have opportunities to collaborate with experienced colleagues, strengthen practical security skills, and take part in improving cybersecurity operations. Specific benefits, eligibility requirements, and work arrangements will be explained during the hiring process.

Equal Opportunity

SOClogix, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer. Employment decisions are made without regard to legally protected characteristics, in accordance with applicable laws. The company welcomes applicants with different backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences. Reasonable accommodation is available for qualified individuals during the application and hiring process, subject to applicable requirements.
