Job summary

Renewal, Inc. is seeking a Recovery House Manager to oversee the Joey's Place sober living program and lead daily operations with a focus on recovery-oriented services.

You will develop individualized recovery plans, connect residents with community resources, and coordinate care with treatment providers to support long-term sobriety. Strong communication and ethical standards are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of addiction treatment, including the 12-step program.
• Familiarity with local mental health and homelessness resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High personal ethical standards and professionalism.
• Experience in substance abuse treatment and/or recovery housing preferred.
• Must complete DDAP required training within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Renewal, Inc.'s sober living program.
• Provide case management, peer support, and recovery-focused services to residents.
• Develop, implement, and maintain individualized recovery plans.
• Connect residents with community resources and coordinate care with treatment providers.
• Monitor resident progress, ensure compliance with program guidelines, and maintain a safe environment.
• Act as advocate and mentor to residents, promoting personal responsibility and positive decision-making.
