Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 6–10 years of relevant security automation experience.
• Experience leading teams responsible for security automation or SOAR solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on with enterprise SOAR platforms listed in the job description.
• Strong software development and scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, JavaScript).
• Experience designing REST APIs, web services, SDKs, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SOAR and security automation engagements from discovery to transition.
• Advise clients on automation strategy, governance, and SOC effectiveness.
• Own solution architecture and delivery quality for enterprise SOAR implementations.
• Design playbooks for incident triage, enrichment, investigation, containment, remediation, and reporting.
• Oversee integrations across SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM, cloud security, and ticketing platforms.
• Provide technical oversight for custom integrations and cloud-native automation.
• Facilitate architecture reviews, workshops, and stakeholder interviews; translate findings into plans.
• Manage scope, staffing, risks, and delivery milestones while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Establish engineering standards, testing practices, and production support models.
