Job summary

Great Hire Inc. in Brea, CA is seeking Packaging and Manufacturing Associates to join our soap and personal care product production line. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred and you will work on both first and second shifts.

You will operate molds, cutting equipment, pumps, and handle materials; you will package, label, and ship finished products; ensure quality and maintain clean, safe work stations. This role offers potential for permanent hire.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing or similar experience.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours, with bending and twisting.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Steel toe/non-slip shoes required.
• Willing to work either 1st or 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Work with raw materials to create soap and other personal care products.
• Safely remove soap from molds using hoists.
• Operate cutting equipment to cut soap into loaf or bar.
• Quality assurance: measure and verify specifications of large soap bricks.
• Keep station, equipment, and utensils clean.
• Inventory management: receive and store raw materials and ship finished goods.
• Operate pumps and valves to handle liquid ingredients.
• Package, label, box, palletize, and ship finished products.
