Soap Maker/Retail Associate - Part Time

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Engage with clients to build relationships and understand their needs.
• Make product recommendations.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task by juggling product production and engaging with clients.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the Makery, including production and retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced environment, upholding all company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for long periods.
• Be sensitive to various scents and fragrances.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers.
• Lift or assist in lifting items up to 50 lbs.
• Perform tasks such as reaching, climbing, balancing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Perform cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing.
