Job summary

Buff City Soap in Springfield, MO is hiring for a seasonal, on-site position through late December. You will provide friendly, professional customer service, engage with guests, and recommend products to meet customer needs.

You will help maintain cleanliness in the Makery and retail areas while supporting a fast-paced team environment. Flexibility with scheduling and a positive, energetic attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and knowledge.
• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Ability to properly engage with all clients, by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
• Ability to make recommendations for products.
• Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.
• Ability to multi-task and engage new clients while production and retail activities occur.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients’ needs are met and are treated professionally.
• Build relationships with clients and understand their needs to assist as a client.
• Recommend products to customers to meet their needs.
• Maintain minimum sales requirements.
• Multi-task: juggle product production with client flow, engage new clients on arrival.
• Assist with cleanliness of Makery and production/retail areas.
• Work cohesively with a team in a fast-paced environment while upholding company policies.
