Summary

The primary responsibility of a Park Services Associate is pressure washing water park floors, stair towers, and overall cleaning of the water parks to ensure a clean and safe environment for guest satisfaction and safety.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Pressure wash all waterpark surfaces and stair towers weekly.
2. Setup and inspect umbrellas.
3. Clean tables and chairs.
4. Scrub concrete areas.
5. Handle cleanup of AFR (Accidental Fecal Release) and AVR (Accidental Vomit Release).
6. Clean slides.
7. Carry and repair inflatable tubes.
8. Pick up trash and empty trash bins.
9. Sweep and blow walkways.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED preferred; or 1-3 months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination.

Skills

• Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic math skills for handling units of measurement and currency.

Reasoning Ability

Level 2: Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Demands

Requires standing, walking, handling, reaching, talking, hearing, climbing, balancing, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Lifting up to 25 pounds regularly, 50 pounds frequently with assistance, and up to 100 pounds occasionally with assistance. Vision requirements include close, distance, and peripheral vision.

Work Environment

• Exposure to mechanical parts, outdoor weather, high places, fumes, airborne particles, chemicals, and electrical risks.
