Senior Financial Reporting Analyst - Remote from Pacific Timezone (may flex for Mountain)

This job in a nutshell:

• Prepares financial statements for quarter and year end
• Draft footnotes, disclosures, MD&A, and supporting documentation
• Draft 10-Q and 10-K in compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements, including managing filing calendar
• Create narrative with clear, insightful variance and fluctuation analysis

We are looking for (key requirements/preferences):

• BS in Accounting or related field and CPA Required
• 3+ years of experience that includes production or review of SEC Reporting
• Strong preference to those with Big 4 Audit/Assurance experience, but we're also consider those who worked in the SEC reporting team of a previous company
