Summary of This Role

Works directly with Sales on developing partnership proposals for prospective clients, supporting sales efforts including collateral development, research, and meeting preparation and follow-up. Provides strategic support during various sales cycle phases, including prospect research, preliminary calls, RFPs, presentations, and contracts. Acts as a liaison to develop combined sales strategies with other departments and partners. Manages all sales documentation and provides updates to Senior Management.

What Part Will You Play?
  1. As the Subject Matter Expert (SME), provides strategic support to Sales during various phases of the sales cycle, including creating and reviewing proposal materials, facilitating calls, performing prospect research, and preparing presentations. Completes documentation in response to RFPs and RFIs. Collaborates with marketing and product teams to gather information. Mentors less experienced team members and coordinates strategic sales activities.
  2. Leads reporting efforts, ensuring timely updates on the sales pipeline and preparing reports for management and executive leadership, including the company's Board of Directors.
  3. Creates and presents information to internal/external stakeholders, and communicates calendar and prospect updates to relevant parties.
  4. Maintains current industry knowledge, understanding all product offerings and developments within the payments industry.
