Job summary

HWV Hospitality Services Inc. at King Pine Ski Area is seeking a Snowsports School Supervisor/Scheduler to manage lesson scheduling, instructor assignments, and on-hill supervision.

This full-time, seasonal role centers on delivering seamless, safe guest experiences while coordinating team communications and operational flow. The position requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, with PSIA-AASI certification

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Snowsports school, ski resort, or guest-service role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to stay calm and solutions-oriented under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Check phones, emails, and Paradocs system for new lessons and staff updates.
• Assign instructors to lessons considering qualifications and guest requirements.
• Print and distribute daily snow reports and schedules.
• Maintain records of assignments and guest lesson details.
• Monitor lesson flow and reassign instructors as needed.
