Job summary

WPR is seeking Snowmakers to help craft the finest snow for the mountain. Snowmakers operate and maintain snowmaking equipment, follow nightly plans, and contribute to the placement and quality of snow surfaces across the resort.

Positions span Snowmaker I-III with increasing responsibilities, emphasizing safety, communication, and teamwork. Expect seasonal or full-time hours, with shifts including nights and weekends in cold conditions.

Qualifications

• Snowmaking experience preferred.
• Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and maintain safety policies.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain snowmaking equipment under supervision.
• Follow nightly snow plans and adjust for weather conditions.
• Set up snowmaking guns and hydrate hydrants.
• Inspect equipment before/after shifts and report issues.
