The Summit at Snoqualmie, operated by Boyne Resorts, seeks a Snowmaking Foreman/Lead to direct the on-hill crew, oversee the daily snow plan, and train new snowmakers during overnight and adverse-weather shifts.
You will serve as the primary liaison between the crew and the snow control room, ensuring safe, productive operations and timely coordination with grooming and lift teams.
As a Summit at Snoqualmie Snowmaking Foreman/Lead, you direct an on-hill crew during your shift, execute the daily snow plan, train new snowmakers, and serve as the primary liaison between the crew and the snow control room. This position combines hands-on snowmaking expertise with the leadership, composure, and communication needed to keep a crew safe and productive through demanding overnight and adverse-weather shifts.

Wage and Benefit Info:
The wage range for this positions is: from $29.00-30.00/hr DOE
This is a non-benefited role.
All individuals may contribute to the 401(k). An employee must work 1,000 hours in a calendar year to qualify for the discretionary match (there is a 2 year vesting cliff).
All individuals accrue sick time at 1 hour per 40 hours worked to a maximum of 64 hours per year.
