Mission Ridge Ski & Board Resort is seeking a Snowmaker to build premium snow surfaces for the season. You will operate snowmaking equipment, monitor pumps and compressors, and work outdoors in mountain conditions to deliver a reliable base surface for skiing.
The role requires physical fitness, ability to work day or night shifts, and a valid Washington driver's license. Previous snowmaking or machinery operation experience is preferred.

World-class snow is essential for delivering a premium ski surface. As a Snowmaker at Mission Ridge Snowmaking (MRSM), you will contribute your attention to detail, commitment to safety, and enthusiastic energy to help build the foundation for a ski season full of joy, freedom, fun, and exploration. This role plays a key part in producing and maintaining high-quality snow surfaces throughout the resort by working in a dynamic, outdoor environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in snowmaking, machinery operation, or working in outdoor winter conditions is preferred but not mandatory.
Snowmakers work outdoors in variable and extreme mountain weather conditions, including snow, wind, low temperatures, and limited visibility. The work is physically demanding and requires reliable performance in remote and high-altitude locations. Snowmakers collaborate closely with team members and report to snowmaking leads and supervisors.
