Job summary

Brian Head Resort in Utah is seeking a Snowmaker for the 2026/2027 winter season. This seasonal role focuses on setting up, operating, and monitoring snowmaking equipment to ensure trails are ready for opening.

Start date is November 2026 and end date April 2027, with night shifts, weekends, and holidays required. You’ll inspect hoses and water lines, assess weather conditions, and coordinate with Mountain Ops to update snow production and trail readiness.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18+ years of age.
  • Dependable, punctual, and with a strong work ethic.
  • Loves outdoors and staying active in mountain conditions.
  • Able to work in extreme weather such as wind, rain, and snow.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks throughout the day.
  • Able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Snowmaking experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Snowmakers are the behind-the-scenes pros who help deliver the snow our mountain depends on. You’ll work in varied weather and terrain conditions to operate snow guns, monitor snow quality, and support the opening of trails across the Resort.

What You’ll Do:
  • Set up, operate, and monitor snowmaking equipment across the mountain.
