Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Finance Data & AI Manager specializing in Snowflake to lead end-to-end data architectures for finance outcomes. You will direct ingestion to trusted data products, AI, and reporting while guiding strategy through production deployment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience architecting enterprise data, analytics, or AI solutions in a corporate or consulting environment
• 4+ years of experience designing Snowflake solutions with SQL and Python across data engineering, security, performance, and multi-environment deployment
• 4+ years of experience with finance data and processes such as planning, forecasting, close, profitability, treasury, or reporting
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Snowflake architectures across integration, engineering, storage, security, and finance consumption
• Guide batch and streaming pipeline design using SQL, Python, Snowpark, Snowpipe, dynamic tables, streams, tasks
• Establish governance, lineage, access controls, data quality, observability, service-level objectives, and remediation patterns
• Define reusable finance data products, canonical models, semantic views, APIs, and sharing for planning, close, profitability, treasury, and reporting
• Architect production ML and generative and agentic AI with Cortex AI, MLOps and LLMOps, evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI controls
• Manage client relationships, estimates, design reviews, deployment, performance and cost outcomes; mentor teams and support demonstrations, proposals, and RFP responses
• Agentic redesign of Finance data and processes such as planning, forecasting, close, profitability, treasury, or reporting
