Job summary

rSTAR Technologies seeks a seasoned Snowflake Data Architect with OpenAI experience to design and deliver enterprise cloud data platforms. You will lead end-to-end Snowflake deployments, collaborate with data engineers, BI teams and business stakeholders, and support pre-sales as well as project delivery.

You bring 10+ years in data engineering, data warehousing, and AI solutions, with hands-on work in Generative AI, LLMs, embeddings, RAG, and OpenAI tooling.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Cloud Data Platforms, Data Architecture, and AI/ML solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and OpenAI technologies.
• Experience designing enterprise Snowflake architectures for large customers.
• Experience building production-grade ELT/ETL pipelines and analytics platforms on Snowflake.
• Experience with performance tuning, security, governance, and cost optimization in Snowflake environments.
• Experience in customer-facing architecture discussions and solution design.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and implementation of enterprise Snowflake solutions.
• Define enterprise data architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Design scalable data warehouses, data lakes, and lakehouse architectures.
• Implement data governance, security, masking, RBAC, and compliance.
• Guide engineering teams through implementation and mentor Data Engineers.
• Architect enterprise Generative AI and LLM solutions using Snowflake data and AI platforms.
• Design RAG solutions connecting enterprise data with LLMs.
