Job summary

R Systems is seeking a Lead Snowflake Architect to drive architecture, strategy, design and optimization across enterprise data initiatives in the United States.

You will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Snowflake solutions, mentor teams, and ensure governance, security and performance.

This role requires strong hands-on skills, availability during U.S. business hours, and the ability to own both stakeholder engagement and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on technical leader capable of designing, developing, troubleshooting, and delivering Snowflake solutions.
• Architect scalable Snowflake data platforms including models, pipelines, integrations, security, and governance.
• Lead Snowflake development with performance tuning, workload management, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with business, data engineering, analytics, and application teams throughout solution delivery.
• Establish Snowflake architecture standards, development best practices, governance frameworks, and documentation.
• Mentor teams, conduct design and code reviews, and guide complex Snowflake implementations.
• Communicate with senior stakeholders while maintaining hands-on technical involvement.
• Available during full U.S. business hours and able to own both stakeholder engagement and technical execution.
