Job summary

Randstad Digital Americas is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design and deploy scalable AI-powered data platform solutions in Las Vegas. You will architect modern pipelines, implement RAG and agentic workflows, and leverage Snowflake Cortex AI and related tools.

The role requires 5+ years in data engineering, strong SQL/Python skills, and hands-on experience with Snowflake, Airflow, Kafka, Spark, and cloud platforms. Collaboration with stakeholders is essential for production deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Platforms.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, security, governance, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Cortex AI, CoCO, CoCO Desktop, Snowpark, and AI/ML integration patterns.
• Proven experience building LLM, RAG, vector search, and agentic AI solutions.
• Strong programming and pipeline skills in SQL and Python.
• Experience with Airflow, dbt, Spark, Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong customer-facing communication and solution architecture capabilities.

Job Summary

Join our Data & AI Practice to design, build, and deploy next-generation enterprise AI and data platform solutions. In this role, you will architect modern scalable platforms, implement cutting-edge retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agentic workflows, and build production-grade data pipelines utilizing Snowflake Cortex AI and modern data stack tools.

• Experience with Streamlit, Dynamic Tables, Snowpipe, and Snowflake Native Apps.
• Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source foundation models.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
