Valiant Technologies LLC seeks a senior Data Engineer to design and build AI-powered data platforms in a Chicago, IL setting. You will implement Snowflake-based architectures, integrate Cortex/CoCO, and develop RAG and agentic AI workflows.

You will architect scalable ELT/ETL pipelines, real-time integrations, and AI-enabled applications while leading workshops and PoCs. Strong SQL/Python and cloud experience are essential.

Competenze

• 7+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Platforms.
• Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, security, governance, and performance.
• Hands-on experience with Cortex AI, Coco, CoCO Desktop, Snowpark, and AI/ML integration patterns.
• Experience building LLM, RAG, vector search, and agentic AI solutions.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Experience with Airflow, dbt, Spark, Kafka, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong customer-facing communication and solution architecture skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Snowflake certifications (Architect, Data Engineer, AI specialization).
• Experience with Streamlit, Dynamic Tables, Snow pipe, and Native Apps.
• Experience integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models.
• Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks.
