Job summary

Christy Sports in Colorado is seeking a Snowboard Sales Associate to share knowledge on boards, boots, and bindings while guiding guests to the perfect setup. You’ll keep the shop sharp, assist with inventory, and deliver authentic, best-in-class service.

As a Snowboard Sales Associate, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things snowboarding. From boards to boots to bindings, you’ll share your knowledge and passion for the sport to help guests find their perfect setup. What Makes You a Fit:

• You’re outgoing, friendly, and can talk ski or board shop all day.
• You love to ski or snowboard (or are eager to learn).
• Flexible with your schedule — holidays, weekends, split shifts? No problem if it means more turns on the mountain.
• You’re good on your feet (literally — standing for hours is no big deal) and can lift up to 25 lbs.
• Basic computer skills for processing transactions and documentation
• Strong English fluency (written and verbal)
