Job summary

Loon Mountain Resort seeks a snowboard instructor to teach guests according to resort and AASI guidelines, in groups or individually, tailored to skill level. You should enjoy working with children, be energetic, and interact with guests in a friendly, fun manner to help them have a great experience.

Responsibilities include organizing lessons, demonstrating techniques, upholding safety policies, and helping maintain resort standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to ski at an intermediate level or above.
• Willingness to work with children and engage guests in a friendly manner.

Responsibilities

• Organize and conduct both group and private snowboard lessons for guests.
• Demonstrate and communicate proper snowboard techniques.
• Promote safety and follow resort policies and the responsibility code.
• Familiarize with resort handbook and ski school manual, and assist guests as needed.
• Support team by sharing responsibilities and maintaining a positive attitude.
