Job summary

Spectrum 360, a NJ-based nonprofit, seeks enthusiastic Instructors to deliver our experiential skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country curriculum to school-aged children. You will guide groups from discovery to self-mastery, adapting activities to each group's skill level and safety considerations.

Qualifications

• Must be able to ski and snowboard safely in all snow conditions, on varying moderate terrain.
• Experience working with teams, effectively communicating expectations and facilitating activities.
• Must pass background check, complete on snow training and Safesport child safety training.
