Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Snow Truck Driver to join our on-site team in Michigan. The role involves operating plow and salt trucks, performing snow removal, and supporting the sidewalk crew to deliver reliable, high-quality winter maintenance.

Shifts are on-call and can be 6–12 hours, often overnight during storms. Pay ranges from $25 to $30 per hour and depend on prior experience and any relevant licenses or certifications.

Qualifications

• Chauffeur’s license and ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
• Pass drug screen and background check as part of driver certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of snow plowing/salting experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform snow removal tasks using plow trucks, salt spreaders, and related equipment.
• Coordinate with sidewalk crews to ensure safe and high-quality service.
