Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Snow Truck Driver in Michigan for on-call, seasonal overnight shifts starting with the first snowfall. The role involves operating plow trucks and snow clearing equipment across assigned areas, with extended hours during major storms.

Applicants must have 3+ years of snow-related commercial experience, a valid state Chauffeur's license, and the ability to pass background checks and a DOT drug test.

Qualifications

• 3 years of commercial experience using a plow truck or salt truck.
• 3+ years of commercial snow experience using Skid-Steer, Front End Loader, Backhoe, or equivalent vehicles with plows and snow containment boxes.
• State issued Chauffeur's license with no restrictions and clean driving record for at least 10 years.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Work well under pressure while observing safety guidelines.
• Have a smart phone to use attendance tracker App.
• Dependable transportation.
• Attendance at and successful completion of required training, background check and DOT Physical with Drug Test are mandatory.
• Able to lawfully work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow removal equipment (plows, trucks, ATVs, snow blowers, shovels) to clear designated areas safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with sidewalk crews to complete snow removal to high quality standards.
